What the video says

74 fans died at a match in Port Said. Exits locked. 2012. Al Masry had just beaten Cairo's Al Ahly. Thousands came over the fences with clubs and knives. Witnesses said the police just stood there. The visiting fans ran for the gates. They never opened. Forty-seven people were convicted, police officers among them. Eleven were sentenced to death, and Egypt's highest court upheld the death sentences in 2017. Mo Salah wore number 74 for them. Who really failed those fans?
